How to set up zBackup.app with Google Drive: Automatically Upload Zoom Cloud Recordings to Google Drive

zBackup.app's integration with Google Drive is set up in a way that we can only access the zBackup folder in your Google Drive. This means that, even if we wanted to, we cannot access the rest of your Google Drive. It's one of many ways that we show you that you can trust our app to integrate securely with your organization.

Because of the way our integration is set up to keep your information private and secure, we are not able to directly back up to Shared Drives and Team Drives, but we do have a workaround:
1. Create a shortcut of your zBackup folder in Google Drive. Feel free to rename the zBackup folder if you would like.
2. Move the shortcut to your Shared Drive
3. Share the zBackup folder (not the shortcut) with everyone who has access to the Team Drive.
