Why did my backup fail?

Why did my backup fail?

Recordings fail because of a number of reasons:
  1. Bad connection to destination service:
Delete destination on go.zbackup.app and add it again.
  2. Over limit of 150 recordings in the last 30 days:
It would show "Over Limit" on recording status. There is currently no way to bypass this monthly per-user limit.
  3. Recording deleted on Zoom or wasn't a cloud recording to begin with:
Make sure you are recording to the cloud and that your recordings aren't getting deleted prior to the backup.
  4. Only future recordings automatically back up:
To manually back up a past recording, go to the Previous Recordings section of zBackup.app and search for the recordings you would like to back up.
  5. It was a random glitch:
Try re-initiating the backup using the Previous Recordings section of zBackup.app.
  6. The app needs to be re-installed:
Try uninstalling the app within Zoom Marketplace and installing it again at go.zbackup.app.
